That means rough-in before the walls are lined and tiled, then fit-off — the taps, toilets, basins and appliances — once the surfaces are done. All of it licensed and certified where required.

Showers, vanities, toilets and kitchen sinks moved to suit a new layout, and new points added where you want them.
Wet-area waterproofing coordination
Floor wastes and drainage set out to work with the waterproofer and tiler so wet areas drain properly and stay dry.
Gas & hot water changes
New gas points for cooktops and relocated or upgraded hot water to suit the renovated kitchen or bathroom.
Compliant & certified
Work carried out to AS/NZS 3500 by licensed plumbers and gas fitters, with certification where the job requires it.
